1 RESERVATION
1.1 The reservation of one or more rooms Secret Rooms can be done in the following ways:
– Online at www.secret-rooms.it,
– Calling the telephone number 02/49533773
– By sending an email to milano@secret-rooms.it
1.2 In case of online reservation you need to fill in all sections of the booking form and choose the preferred method of payment.
1.3 In case of booking by phone or by mail, please provide the following information:
a) The name of the chosen room
b) Number of participants
c) Date and time of booking
d) Name
e) Address
f) Telephone Number
g) E-mail address
h) Invoice detail, if necessary
1.4 The confirmation’s failure of the reservation by e-mail or telephone and / or providing an incorrect phone number may incur to a cancellation. At any time of your reservation you may be contacted to confirm your presence.
1.5 The reservation of a room can be cancelled within 48 hour notice by telephone or email. The cancellation within 48 hours, if paid in advance, will mean a refund of the amount paid, net of costs of collection and refund.
1.6 The invoice requests must be made at the booking and it will be issued at payment.
2. THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE GAME
2.1 The development of the game takes place in one or more themed rooms. Its duration is 60 minutes.
2.2 It’s necessary to arrive 15 minutes before the reservation. Any delay longer than 15 minutes would preclude the admission to the game or to the whole round of the game.
2.3 In the Standard mode participants have to be at least 13 years old to play alone, without adults, otherwise they must be accompanied by at least an adult who will be responsible for them. In the Junior Adventure mode partecipants can be from 8 to 12 years old and they will be given a major support from our Game Masters.
2.4 The maximum number of participants is indicated in the description of the room and you will be informed at booking, any exceptions must be agreed in advance.
2.5 People are not permitted to be under the influence of drugs, alcohol … etc. Their consumption is also forbidden in every room. The staff, noticing one or more participants violating this rule, won’t admit players within the facility and/or stop the game. The players will be removed from the room.
2.6 Smoking is forbidden in any room of the facility.
2.7 Disabled people can access the full game but must be accompanied in order to perform all phases of the game. Please inform us at the booking.
2.8 The use of mobile phones, or other electronic devices (to film, photograph, phone, etc …) in the rooms is strictly forbidden. If the staff notices one or more participants violating this rule they will stop the game and remove players from the room without giving any kind of refund.
2.9 Each group of players must indicate a team leader, who will be held accountable for any infraction that occurs in the room.
3. SECURITY
3.1 In each room items which you can not touch will be marked with a sticker. All items marked with the sticker are not part of the game.
3.2 In each room there is an emergency light and in the corridors emergency exits are indicated.
3.3 In the event of panic in every room there is a button that automatically opens the exit door.
3.4 All rooms and common areas at Secret Rooms are under video surveillance. Each player agrees to be filmed and seen by an attendant via video camera during the game.
3.5 The breaching of any of the rules listed above may result in the end of the game. The staff have the right to end the game early, and release the players. In this case, the players are not entitled to any refund.
3.6 Secret Rooms is not responsible for any damage to property or personal injuries caused by participants.
3.7 Each participant is responsible for any damage or injury that he/she has caused.
3.8 Any issues not covered will be solved according to the Italian Law.
3.9 Participants shall not obstruct or interfere with the players or activities of other groups.
4. PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
4.1 All prices shown on the site are in Euros and include the mandatory VAT.
4.2 Payment can be made as described in the following paragraphs. Some payment methods may not be available. In case that one of these methods of payment cannot be used in relation to a specific reservation, they will not appear during the reservation process. Payments must be made before the game begins.
4.3 Payment via PayPal
4.3.1 In case Paypal is chosen as method of payment, you will be automatically addressed to the site www.Paypal.it through which you will be able to complete the payment in accordance with the provided and ruled procedure by PayPal and the terms and the conditions of the contract agreed upon by the user with PayPal. It’s possible to pay via PayPal with a credit card, without the necessity to open a PayPal account. Data entered on the PayPal website they will be directly processed and will not be transmitted or shared with Secret Rooms. Secret is therefore not able to know and will not in any way store the data of the card credit linked to the PayPal user account or data of any other payment instrument linked with this account.
4.3.2 In case of payment through PayPal, the total amount due will be charged by PayPal at the time of the booking. In case of refund, it will be credited to PayPal account used for the reservation. The timing of the refund on this account depends exclusively on PayPal and the banking system. Once placed the order for accreditation on the account, Secret Rooms cannot be held liable for any delays or omissions in crediting. Any complain on the matter should be addressed directly to Paypal.
4.4 Payment at Secret Rooms
4.4.1 Payment can be made at Secret Rooms on arrival by cash, credit card and debit cards. The cards used are MasterCard, Visa, PagoBancomat and American Express. The person making the payment must be the credit card holder.
5. GIFT VOUCHERS AND REFUNDS
5.1 Gift certificates can be purchased at Secret Rooms or requested by email / phone.
5.2 Promotion codes can be found on flyers, online advertising, on the site or on other means of advertising chosen at the discretion of Secret Rooms.
5.3 The gift vouchers and coupon codes can be used only by making a reservation online and entering the code in the space provided.
5.4 Any refund for cancellation within 48 hours from the starting of the game will be made net of collection and refund expenses.
